We are located at The Mapperley Plains Social Club on Mapperley Plains Road opposite the popular Tree Tops Pub and Restaurant. The Nuffield Health Gym is next door and overlooks the large well-lit car park.
Nova meets in the first room on the right, past the entrance door. The newly refurbished Social Club bar is on the left. Our club night begins about 8.00 pm and continues to about 10.00pm or later in the bar.
Nova has had a very active membership over it’s history of between 15 and 30 single people, with a regular attendance and a small but steady influx of new people.
Any newcomer we know will feel uncomfortable, so we give them a really warm welcome.
It takes a few visits joining in our activities for newcomers to decide whether Nova is for you.

You only pay £2.00 at the door when you come to the club room. There is an annual membership fee of £40, if after a few visits you wish to join.
Nova is self-sufficient, being independently run by a small committee of regulars.
